Job Summary

Sales Executive for Graphic Design to communicate with international clients, understand their design needs, and offer suitable creative services like Logo & Branding Kits, PPT Design, and YouTube Thumbnail Design. The role focuses on lead conversion, client relationship management, and coordinating with the internal design team after closing deals.
Candidates should have strong English communication skills, confidence in sales and negotiation, good typing speed (35–40 WPM), and basic knowledge of graphic design services. Freshers are welcome, and training will be provided.
This is an onsite role at the Mohakhali office with roster-based shifts aligned with global time zones. The position offers career growth opportunities, performance bonuses, festival bonuses, and a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with international clients via chat and online meetings
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services (Logo & Branding Kit, PPT Design, YouTube Thumbnail Design)
  • Present graphic design services in a clear and convincing way
  • Handle sales conversations and convert leads into paying clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business
  • Follow up with potential clients and manage the sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with the internal design team after closing deals (no design work required)
  • Maintain basic knowledge of design trends and services to assist clients better

Key Competencies

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Confident personality with strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of graphic design services:
  • Logo & Branding Kit
  • PPT (Presentation Design)
  • YouTube Thumbnail Design
  • (Training will be provided)
  • Ability to explain services and handle client objections effectively
  • Good typing speed for handling international client communication (35 WPM- 40 WPM)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
  • Ability to work in roster-based shifts aligned with global time zones
  • Must be able to work onsite at our Mohakhali office
  • Previous experience in sales / telemarketing / client communication is a plus
